If the treasure chest is not accessible at the House of Tourism, the small gift can also be picked up from the treasure chest at the Hotel La Couronne: Monday – Friday 7:00 – 22:00, Saturday and Sunday 8:00 – 16:30. Not accessible from 15 December to 15 January. No responsibility is taken for the correctness of this information. If the treasure chest is not accessible, the gift will be sent to you. You will find the information regarding the forwarding on the page with the solution code.

Embark on a discovery tour through Morges, the charming town on the shores of Lake Geneva. The trail takes you through the peaceful Parc de l’Indépendance, where the colourful Tulip Festival takes place every year, and into the picturesque old town with its historic inns such as the Pinte and beautifully decorated signs. At the Town Hall, you’ll learn that Audrey Hepburn once got married here, before exploring the lively Quartier des Halles. Along the way, you’ll also discover who Dr. Yersin was – an important historical figure linked to Morges. The route then leads you to the Temple de Morges and along the lakeside promenade to the harbour, where a stunning view of the lake and the Alps awaits.
This varied route combines history, riddle-solving fun and local discoveries in an entertaining way, letting you experience Morges from its most beautiful side.

- Riddles & Discovery: Head to the specified starting point and follow the route. The illustrated directions will guide you safely from station to station, just like on a scavenger hunt. Solve the diverse riddles using the clues you find directly on-site. Along the way, you’ll learn exciting and surprising things about your surroundings – a real highlight for adults, too!
- Crack the Code & Secure Your Reward: Have you solved all the riddles? Then combine the correct answers into a four-digit code. With the right code, your sense of achievement awaits at the finish line, depending on the Detective Trail version:
- Treasure chest: Pick out a small gift (e.g., a yo-yo or a brainteaser).
- Shipping: We will conveniently send a surprise (e.g., a riddle booklet) to your home.
- Digital chest: Receive an exciting detective mystery story from Detective Badger.
- Help & Support: Is a riddle too tricky? Don’t worry! Both the web app and the print version provide instructions on how to download the solutions.
- Checklist for your Detective Badger Adventure
- Duration: Usually between 2 and 4 hours (depending on the trail).
- Equipment: A charged smartphone (web app) or the printed treasure map & a pen.
- Preparation: None! You can start immediately after booking.
- Dogs: Four-legged sleuths are welcome on the trails. If the treasure chest is located indoors, your dog may have to wait outside briefly.
- Age Group: An experience for the whole family! Children from approx. 8 years old can usually solve the riddles on their own; from 6 years old, it works wonderfully with a little help from the grown-ups. Younger siblings are also very welcome as “assistant detectives.”
- Experience it Together: The trails promote teamwork, whether with family, friends, or for a birthday party.
