More information about the Detective-Trail Lausanne:
At the starting point of the Detective Badger treasure hunt, the first puzzle is already waiting for you. Like a scavenger hunt, the directions lead you from one puzzle to the next. You can solve these from the local conditions. If you have solved all puzzles correctly, you can pick the lock of the treasure chest at the end and take home a small instant prize (max. one prize per paid person).
Start: Cathédrale Lausanne, Place de la Cathédrale (Cité) / Métro M2 Richtung « Croisettes » or by bus nr. 6 and 7 until station « Bessières ». u
End: Visitor Centre Lausanne Tourisme, Avenue Louis-Ruchonnet 1, 1003 Lausanne
Other information: This trail is not suitable for baby carriages. At puzzle 7 and 8 you are in the Flon, where there are shops and restaurants. At puzzle 12 you are at the Olympic Museum. You can have a picnic there. The temporary exhibitions of the Olympic Museum can be visited for free. Admission to the other exhibitions is free for children up to the age of 16, but there is a charge for adults.
Metro use: On the Detective-Trail you will make two trips on the metro. If you only use the metro for these two journeys, you can buy single tickets, otherwise we recommend the day ticket for 2 zones (11, 12). Cost: CHF 9.30 full fare; CHF 6.90 with Half-Fare Card. Overnight guests in Lausanne receive a Lausanne Transport Card and do not need a single ticket/day pass.
